How this page works资料如何发送

The interest form builds an email draft on your device. It does not upload the entered fields to a website database. When you send the email, your name, email address and the information you include are received in the company mailbox. Your email provider also processes that email under its own privacy terms.

意向表在你的设备上生成邮件草稿，填写内容不会上传至网站数据库。你发送邮件后，公司邮箱会收到发件人姓名、邮箱地址及邮件中提供的内容。你的邮箱服务商也会按其隐私条款处理邮件。

What to share首次联系需要什么

A preferred contact name, a broad location and a short description of your interest are sufficient. For creators under 18, the first contact should come from a parent or guardian. Please leave out dates of birth, home or school addresses, identity documents and sensitive personal information.

提供联系人的称呼、大致地区和简短意向即可。未成年创作者由家长或监护人发起首次联系。请不要发送出生日期、家庭或学校地址、身份证件或敏感个人资料。

Use and access资料用途与查阅

Enquiries will be used to reply and coordinate the participation you discuss with us. Relevant project organisers may read the information needed to handle your enquiry. Public credit, artwork display and production participation require a separate agreement. Expressions of interest do not guarantee selection, funding or a paid commission.

资料用于回复及协调双方讨论的参与事项，相关项目负责人会查阅处理联系所需的信息。公开署名、作品展示及制作参与另行约定。表达意向不保证入选、获资助或获得有偿委托。

Your choices你的选择

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, or stop contacting you, by writing to the company email above. If the enquiry becomes part of a formal project agreement, we will explain the records needed for that agreement before participation begins.

你可以通过上述公司邮箱要求更正、删除联系资料，或停止联系。如果后续形成正式项目协议，我们会在参与开始前说明该协议需要保留的记录。
